HP Fitstation
Personalized 3d Footwear Experience

Designed the retail kiosk experience for HP’s FitStation, a 3D foot-scanning and personalization platform created with the NFL and Brooks. Defined the interface strategy and wireframes to support multiple brand identities while protecting user data.
Context
HP partnered with the NFL, Brooks, and Superfeet to bring biometric customization to retail footwear. The goal was to showcase how HP’s 3D printing and scanning technologies could power a new, data-driven approach to personalized products.
The Challenge
Retailers needed a kiosk experience that could adapt to multiple brand identities while meeting strict privacy standards.
The UI had to capture precise biometric data and recommend personalized 3D-printed products in a way that felt approachable to in-store customers.
My Role & Approach
As Staff Product Design Lead for HP’s Immersive Computing team, I defined the product strategy and created detailed wireframes for the FitStation kiosk.
My focus was to simplify a complex workflow into a clean, brand-agnostic interface that engineering and partners could scale easily.
